Looking for a salad, the quick, easy and tasty? Then give these seven layers try salad. This salad is a perfect salad for family gatherings, pitch-in meal, Dinner, etc. There has to be stored in the refrigerator overnight, this is the perfect make-position before. Do you have more time with your family and friends by making them on your salad Advance. And it is sooo good. Everyone will enjoy it and it is suitable for your family and friends with diabetes. There is no need to have a special salad with concern for diabetics or special associations, etc. This salad is a good choice for everyone.
7 LAYER SALAD
4 cups bite-size mixed Each salad
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 / 2 chopped mild or sweet onion
1 box frozen peas
6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 package (8 oz) shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
6 slices of crispy fried bacon, crumbled
1 pkg low-fat ranch dressing mix
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup low-fat yogurt
In a clear salad bowl layer the following ingredients in this order: lettuce, peppers, onions, frozen peas and eggs. In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing mix, mayonnaise and yogurt. Add on top of the layers in a bowl. Add cheese and bacon. Cover tightly with a lid or aluminum foil, foil, etc., before serving in the refrigerator overnight. An elongated Rectangle or Tupperware or rubbermaid type bowl with lid is the seal for this recipe perfectly, especially if you carry on the salad.
If You do not want the onion, you can use to replace it with a layer of small cauliflower florets.
Note: This is a good choice, salad for diabetics, because they contain eggs, bacon, and dairy products in it. This results in a protein of the balance on the carburetor.
